In 2009 Bradford City’s efforts to create an engaging family experience were recognised when we were presented with the Football League’s Family Excellence Award. Our people are trained to put your interests first, to listen to you, to make ourselves available to answer your questions and to act promptly to ensure you have a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment.

The Bradford City match day experience is appropriate for kids from 3 upwards. We take our responsibilities seriously and pro-actively challenge inappropriate, anti-social or abusive behaviour and are proud of our record when it comes to providing a child-safe environment.
